I have loved the overcast rainy days we have had this week. The first day of downpours was by far our favorite. The kids played outside and got soaked. It was so fun to listen to them squeal and splash.

How fun. Just yesterday I took my shoes off and smiled all the way to my car. The puddles felt so good on my bare feet. I know how Claire and Jacob feel, but kept my laughter and squealing inside. Maybe I'll let all my joy come outside next time. :0)

That's awesome. We love rain with no lightning...lots of fun playtime! Can't believe how big Jake is!!
