The Birthday Party

We had so much fun celebrating Claire with some of her friends and a lot of her family on Friday afternoon. This was the first time we had a party away from home and it was great. All the kids ran nonstop for almost two hours and seemed to have a blast. There was something for everybody- dress up clothes, a bounce house, trucks, dolls, a mini "roller coaster", basketball shooting game (that the older kids and dads seemed pretty fond of), places for the moms to sit and talk, and the kids favorite a big climbing thing (like the ones at McDonald's but better). It is safe to say that this was Claire's most fun party ever (granted there have only been three now).

Claire wasted no time, as soon as she walked into the party room she headed straight for the dress up clothes. This horse was her first ensemble, she later moved onto a "beautiful white gown" which wore for the remainder of the party.
We are so proud to be her parents!

Making a wish
There was a bit of a frenzy when she opened a princess polly pocket gift. She was so blessed with many great and thougtful presents.
Claire and most of the party guests (a few left before we got the group picture)
Claire and all of her cousins on my side of the family. How lucky was she to have all of them at her party?!?!
